Our inn has many ramps and stairs due to the terrain where we are located. Additionally, the path from the pier to the pousada is 1 km long, passing through flat dirt roads, a stretch of beach (about 100 meters of soft sand), and finally, about 100 meters on a rustic cobblestone path with a relatively steep climb at the end. Please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

Children aged 4 and older are welcome (considered as regular extra guests in terms of rates). Due to the topographical features and property characteristics (many ramps, stairs, and unprotected balconies), we recommend children be at least 10 years old.

According to our cancellation policy, we do not offer rescheduling. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy, and there is no exemption from the cancellation fee due to weather conditions.

At least 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid via bank deposit, PayPal, or credit card at least 30 days before the check-in date. The remaining balance will be charged at the inn upon check-in.

We offer the highest speed internet service available on Ilha Grande, with Wi-Fi provided in our common area and rooms. However, due to natural conditions inherent to Ilha Grande, the service may experience fluctuations.

The electricity service in Vila do Abraão can be interrupted due to weather and structural issues. We have our own generator that operates from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM in case of a power outage.

Please inform us of your dietary restrictions upon your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a rich variety of fresh fruits, juices, yogurt and cereals, as well as breads, cold cuts, cakes, and scrambled eggs. We do not offer individual special preparations.

The possibility of a late check-out depends on room availability. If there is an incoming guest, late check-out is not possible. If the room is available, we offer a late check-out until 7:00 PM for half the daily rate. It can be confirmed the night before check-out.
