*The reservation confirmation is made upon payment of 50% of the total stay, with the remainder paid at the inn. 

**Prices are subject to change without notice, due to market fluctuations, currency variations, or seasonal months’ definition. The agreed-upon value at the time of booking will not change, except possibly in case of rescheduling dates.

  • Structure: We are located about 100 meters from the beach, on a rustic cobblestone alley with an uphill path that is relatively steep towards the end. There are also stairs and ramps within the inn. Therefore, we recommend considering the physical conditions of each guest.

  • Television: By our own choice and mainly to preserve the tranquility of our guests, we do not have televisions in the rooms or in any of the inn's facilities.

  • Internet: We offer the highest-speed internet services available on Ilha Grande, with Wi-Fi available in the rooms and in our common area. However, due to natural conditions inherent to being on an island, the signal may fluctuate.

  • Electric Power: The Vila do Abraão has electricity, but the service may be interrupted due to weather and infrastructure issues. We have our own generator that operates from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM in case of power outages.

  • Breakfast: It is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in a continental buffet style, with a rich variety of fresh fruits and juices, yogurt and cereals, as well as breads, cold cuts, cakes, and scrambled eggs. We do not offer individual extra preparations. If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

POLICIES

General Policies

  • Children: We accept children only from 4 years old (considered as regular extra guests in terms of rate), and we believe the ideal age is from 10 years old, due to the topographical features of the region and the property (with hills, ramps, and stairs).

  • Groups: To ensure the quality of our services, we accept groups with a limit of 10 people, occupying a maximum of 4 rooms.

  • Pets: They are not allowed. There are pet-friendly inns in Vila do Abraão. Please contact us for more information.

  • Smoking: It is prohibited on the property premises, except on the private balcony of each room.

Payment Policy

  • Booking Deposit: At least 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid via bank deposit, PayPal, or credit card at least 30 days before the check-in date. The remaining balance will be charged at the inn upon check-in.
  • Currency: All charges are made in Brazilian Reais (BRL), the local currency. Exceptionally and upon request, we may accept US dollars and euros, with the exchange rate defined by the inn's management according to the tourism rate, including an additional fee to cover exchange rate fluctuations.

Cancellation Policy

  • For standard reservations – if the reservation is canceled:
  1. 30 days or more before check-in: no penalty
  2. Between 29 and 15 days before check-in: 25% of the total reservation amount
  3. Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount
  4. 6 days or less before check-in, or in case of no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount

  • For packages and/or groups of two or more rooms – if the reservation is canceled:
  1. 30 days or more before check-in: no penalty
  2. Between 29 and 15 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount
  3. 14 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total reservation amount

Note

    • Refunds: Any refunds of amounts already paid will be calculated based on the above policy, with a 10% deduction for transactional costs.

    • Rescheduling: We do not offer reservation rescheduling or credit vouchers.

    • Cancellation penalties: Cancellation penalties are not waived due to weather conditions.
