You can make a direct reservation right here on the website or by sending an e-mail to reservas@naturaliapousada.com.br. The booking confirmation is made upon payment of 50% of the total stay, the rest being paid at the pousada.

We recommend at least three full days in Ilha Grande to enjoy its beaches, trails and boat trips, among other activities.

Please read our cancellation policy before making your reservation. Prices are subjected to change without notice, either due to market fluctuations, exchange rate variations or definition of the months of the season. The amount agreed at the time of booking will not change, except possibly in case of rescheduling.

Our daily rate includes breakfast, afternoon tea, wifi in the common area (lounge) and in the rooms (remembering that the signal can fluctuate due to external problems that affect the entire island) and table games, which are popular in rainy days. We have a small collection of beers and wines in our minibar at the reception.

For conventional reservations – if the reservation is canceled:

1. 30 days or more before check-in: the penalty is zero
2. Between 29 and 15 days before check-in: penalty of 25% of the total reservation amount
3. Between 14 and 7 days before check-in: fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation
4. 6 days or less before check-in, or in case of no-show: fine of 100% of the reservation amount

For packages and/or groups of two or more rooms – if the reservation is canceled:

1. 30 or more days before check-in: the penalty is zero
2. Between 29 and 15 days before check-in: fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation
3. Between 14 days or less before check-in: penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount

Any refunds of amounts already paid will be calculated based on the above policy, discounting 10% of the refund amount due to transaction costs.
